MLOA is an organisation for the owners of medical laboratories or diagnostic centres in Kerala. It is organised to improve unity of members, the quality in their diagnostic business. The organisation also stands to involve in the common objectives, rights and welfare of members. The association was organised in 2010 and now it has around 2000 members with district committees in most of the districts in Kerala.

Gracing the northern hills of Kerala lies the enchanting district of Wayanad. The name "Wayanad" originates from "Vayal Nadu," translating to the land of paddy fields.
